The barrel we use has a Vintage Irish Whiskey soaking into the cask. We drain the whiskey and allow only the aromas to remain. We place the choice green coffee beans into the barrel and cap it off and we age the beans about a month to allow all the flavors to be asborbed into the beans. In addition to the flavors of the whiskey this process brings out intense sugar content making the coffee sweet and flavorful in the cup. We only have a limited supply each batch so get in on the preorder.
